In 2004 Trelleborg Engineered Products, Inc., acquired certian assets of the
former American Ecoboard product line, which includes molded and extruded
recycled plastic products manufactured in a wide range of shapes and materials.
The addition of these products reinforces Trelloborg's already leading position
in this market. These assets have been integrated into Trelleborg's Winchester,
VA manufacturing facility.
